By checking this box I agree to the following terms and I understand that;

Payment plans are set through The Knowledge Exchanges clinical practice 'The Biomechanics' and will appear as 'The Biomechanics' on your statement.
For self-paced online courses, I acknowledge that I will not have access to my course until my first payment has cleared.
It is my responsibility to make sure that funds are available for the payments.
The payments will continue until the course is paid in full.
Course booking and attendance are as per all terms and conditions of The Knowledge Exchange.
I am aware that there are third-party fees associated with my payment plan which are listed on my payment set-up form. These fees are in addition to my scheduled payments.
An invoice will not be provided until the course has been paid for in full and only upon request.
For face-to-face courses, full payment must be received before attendance. The Knowledge Exchange may update the frequency of your payment plan (from monthly to fortnightly) to make sure advance payment occurs. This will be discussed with you before action is taken.
